Helping Samsung tell stories in a warmer, more human voice
For more than three years, I was an ACD, Copywriting on the Samsung account at R/GA.
For Samsung Global, my team created a series of story-based, animation- and video-rich web experiences showcasing the latest high-profile products. I was tasked with turning feature-based specs into benefit-focused stories that showed the products’ real benefits for your life.
For Samsung US, we reworked the look, voice, and tone of Samsung.com as part of a top-to-bottom redesign of the entire website, and created videos, campaigns, and web experiences for new product launches including TVs, phones and tablets, 360-degree cameras, home appliances—and even Samsung’s new headquarters in NYC.
Our Samsung clients counted on me to evolve the voice of the brand, and nail it every time.
